Import Fees & Duties

We ship our handmade clay pieces worldwide from Singapore. Please note that depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

🇺🇸 United States

All orders shipped to the US are subject to import duties and taxes. There is no longer a duty-free threshold, every order will be assessed.

Duties and taxes are prepaid by us, no additional charges will be collected from you upon delivery.

Please note: US tariff policy is currently changing frequently and rates may vary. We will do our best to keep this updated.

🇪🇺 Europe 

For customers in the EU, duties and VAT apply based on your country and order value:

• Orders under €150: generally exempt from customs duty, but local VAT still applies (varies by country, typically 19–25%)

• Orders over €150: subject to both customs duty and VAT

Our handmade clay items may qualify for a reduced or zero customs duty rate if classified as original craft/art works, but final classification is determined by your local customs authority. Your courier or national postal service will contact you about any fees before releasing your parcel.

🌍 All Other Countries 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country. If you are ordering from outside the US or EU, we recommend checking with your local customs authority or courier before placing your order to understand what charges may apply upon delivery. All international import charges remain the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict or be held responsible for customs fees applied by your local authority.
